The Pacific Apartments at 3750 South Higuera. This is an old motel, now apartments located on the west side of S. Higuera about a quarter of a mile north of Tank Farm Road. I am still investigating the history of this location, and will update this page soon. It may have been called the Blue Bell Motel back around 1940.
